Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Ministry of Planning and National Development, Hargeisa, Somaliland through email: procurement@slbarwaaqo.org and copy to: projectcoordinator@slbarwaaqo.org, Somaliland, and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 09:00 to 16:00 hours, Hargeisa, Somaliland local time, from Saturday to Thursday, exclusive of public holidays, at the address given below. The bidding documents in English may be obtained by interested eligible bidders free of cost upon submitting a written application to the address below. The Bidding document consists of: Request for Bid (RFB) including the following Annexes (which are attached separately with the RFB document for each of the lots): - Annex A: Bill of Quantities (BOQs) - Annex B: Scope of Work and Technical Specifications - Annex C: Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) - Annex D: Drawings/ Designs All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration in the format included in Section IV, Bidding Forms. All Bids must be accompanied by a Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and/or Sexual Harassment (SH) Declaration.
