Acquisition and Implementation of the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) for Health Structures of the Ministry of Health of Cabo Verde
The Centro de Coordenação Integrada de Projetos, under Cabo Verde's Ministério da Coordenação de Projetos Especiais e Acesso a Fundos, has issued a Request for Bids for the acquisition and implementation of a Picture Archiving and Communication System for health facilities of the Ministry of Health of Cabo Verde. The procurement is funded through a World Bank financing of US$29.00 million for the Health Security Program in Western and Central Africa Project. Bidding follows international competitive procurement rules under the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, and is open to all eligible bidders. The bidding document is available only in English on the UGPE website, and further information can be requested in writing from the implementing agency. Bids must include a bid security in the form of a bank guarantee of USD 26,000. Successful bidders' beneficial ownership information will be disclosed as part of the Contract Award Notice. Scope of Work
2. The Centro de Coordenação Integrada de Projetos ((formerly the UGPE) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Acquisition and Implementation of the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) for Health Structures of the Ministry of Health of Cabo Verde. The detailed requirements are set out in the RFB documents.
Requirements & Qualifications
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Centro de Coordenação Integrada de Projetos, in written only, and requested trough emails address below (see paragraph 10) and/or inspect the bidding document during office hours from 08 am to 4 pm at the address given below (see paragraph 10). The bidding document in English language only, can be found published at the following website: https://ugpe.gov.cv/concursos. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in a form of a Bank Guarantee, of USD 26,000 (Twenty-six thousand dollars United States Dollars). Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
