Overview

Scope of Work

Requirements & Qualifications
- The firm must demonstrate proven experience in the execution of at least three contracts of a similar nature within the last five years, related to digital skills, digital transformation in education, the development of competency frameworks, or large-scale capacity-building programs. The consulting firm must propose a highly qualified multidisciplinary team with proven experience in digital skills, digital education, and institutional transformation in higher education. Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.
