Overview
The Energy Development Corporation Limited, part of Rwanda Energy Group, is inviting consulting firms to express interest in conducting an environmental, social, health and safety completion audit for the Energy Access and Quality Improvement Project. The assignment is funded through World Bank financing to the Government of Rwanda under an IDA credit. Selection of the consultant will follow the Consultant Qualification Selection method.
Scope of Work
- The consulting services (“the Services”) include developing the environmental, social, health and safety (ESHS) completion audit for the Energy Access and Quality Improvement Project (EAQIP). This audit is expected to be conducted for a period of two (2) months starting from the date of issuance of the service order - Interested consulting firms may download the Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) document and the detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment, free of cost, from Rwanda energy group website (www.reg.rw)
Requirements & Qualifications
- The Energy Development Corporation Limited (EDCL) now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are proof of registration in the Rwanda Association of Professional Environmental Practitioners (RAPEP) or its equivalent in the country of origin and qualification and experience of the firm as required in the Terms of references (in table indicating name, scope, period of execution, employer’s name and address) proven by certificates of good completion.
