Supply and delivery of 670,000 Litres of Liquid Medical Oxygen for Emergency Preparedness
The Kenya Ministry of Health, through the State Department for Medical Services, has issued an invitation for bids for the supply and delivery of cryogenic liquid medical oxygen under the Kenya Health Emergency Preparedness Response and Resilience project. Requirements & Qualifications
Bidding will be conducted through Request for Bids (National Competitive Bidding) Procurement Method using Standard Bidding Documents, as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated September 2023, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Bidders who download the Bidding Document(s) MUST forward their particulars immediately to procurement@health.go.ke for registration and facilitation with any further clarification or addendum. Completed, serialized/paginated bidding documents, one original and a copy, in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked on top with the Bid Number and description, shall be delivered and deposited in the Tender Box located at Afya House, 1st Floor. Bids MUST be accompanied by Bid Security in the form and value as indicated in the Bidding Document. Electronic bids will not be permitted.
