Os Concorrentes interessados deverão conformar se com a Secção III, parágrafos 3.14, 3.16 e 3.17 do "Regulamento de Aquisições para Mutuários do IPF" do Banco Mundial de Setembro de 2023, estabelecendo a política do Banco Mundial sobre conflito de interesses. Para além de outros documentos, as Propostas deverão incluir a Declaração da Garantia da Proposta, devidamente assinado e autenticada, conforme o modelo constante do Formulário 08 do Documento de Concurso. No acto da Adjudicação para assinatura do contrato, a empresa deverá apresentar os documentos actualizados e reconhecidos: Certificado de Cadastro Único da UFSA, Licença para o exercício da Actividade/Alvará, Certidão de Quitação das Finanças e Declaração de Contribuinte do Sistema de Segurança Social, BI do assinante do contrato.
