Scope of Work
Le SWEDD+ a prévu de recruter une agence de Communication pour accompagner et la mise en œuvre de la campagne. Cette activité permettra d’apporter un appui technique pour la préparation, les conseils et l’accompagnement à la mise en œuvre de la campagne dans les nouvelles provinces d’interventions du SWEDD+.
Requirements & Qualifications
Les candidats seront sélectionnés selon la procédure de sélection fondée sur la qualification des Consultants telle que décrite dans le « Règlement de passation des marchés de la Banque Mondiale ». Les expressions d’intérêts écrites en langue française doivent être transmises, à l’attention du coordonnateur national du projet SWEDD+, au plus tard, le 02 septembre 2026 à 10 heures précises portant la mention « Sollicitation de manifestation d’intérêt n°002/MFBEPCI/SE/SG/SWEDD+/PM/2026 » relatif au recrutement d’une Agence de communication pour accompagner et la mise en œuvre de la campagne.
