Requirements & Qualifications
Formation : Être titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (Master ou équivalent) en finance, comptabilité, gestion financière, audit, contrôle de gestion ou dans une discipline étroitement apparentée, délivré par un établissement reconnu. Expérience professionnelle : Justifier d’au moins sept (7) années d’expériences professionnelles progressives en gestion administrative, financière et comptable, dont au moins 4 ans à un poste senior ou de direction ; Justifier d’une expérience significative dans la gestion financière de projets ou programmes de développement ; Une expérience réussie sur un projet financé par la Banque mondiale ou un autre partenaire technique et financier constitue un atout ; Une expérience de supervision d’équipe comptable ou de structures décentralisées constitue également un atout ;
