Overview
The Société Nigérienne d’Electricité is seeking a National Coordinator to manage the HASKE and BEST projects, which aim to improve access to electricity in Niger. The coordinator will work under the authority of the General Director of NIGELEC and the supervision of the Director of the Development Pole and the Project Steering Committee.
Scope of Work
L’objectif général de cette consultation est de renforcer l’Unité de gestion des projets (HASKE et BEST) par le recrutement d’un Coordonnateur.
Requirements & Qualifications
Diplôme du niveau BAC+5 au moins un diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, en gestion de projet, administration des affaires ou équivalent, et avoir une expérience générale d’au moins 15 ans dans un poste de responsabilité dans le secteur de l’électricité. Un minimum de 15 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans la gestion des projets d’infrastructures et au moins 5 ans dans l’exécution des projets financés par la Banque mondiale ou institutions assimilées ; Le dossier de candidature devrait comporter les pièces suivantes : - Une demande manuscrite adressée au Directeur Général de la Planification et de la Programmation du Développement (DGPPD) du Ministère de l’Économie et des Finances ; - Une lettre de motivation ; - Une copie du certificat de nationalité ; - Un CV détaillé, daté et signer mettant en évidence les aptitudes du candidat, expérience et indiquant les contacts de trois personnes de référence professionnelle ;
