Recrutement d'un (1) Responsable en Développement Urbain pour 12 mois dans le cadre de l’exécution du projet PDUG

The Commission Nationale des TIPPEE is seeking expressions of interest from individual consultants for a 12 month assignment as Responsable en Développement Urbain under the Projet de Développement Urbain du Gabon, PDUG. The project is presented as a cofinanced programme of the Gabonese State and the World Bank aimed at improving urban management, upgrading infrastructure and equipment, supporting access to basic urban services, and strengthening municipal operational capacity and governance in target cities including Franceville, Lambaréné, Oyem, Koulamoutou, Mouila, Lebamba and Ndendé. The role is intended to support urban and architectural modernization and reinforce investments retained under the project so that planned objectives are achieved. The notice is for an individual consultant selection and asks interested candidates to submit evidence of their qualifications and relevant experience. It specifies the academic level required, the minimum years of general experience, and the need for at least one similar assignment involving urban planning documents and climate resilience solutions.
