Recrutement des quatre (4) consultants Individuels en appui à l'élaboration de 4 plans des contingences
The Ministry of Agriculture in the Democratic Republic of the Congo is seeking four individual consultants to support the development of four contingency plans for agricultural risks. The consultants will work under the technical supervision of the Risk Management and Public Sector Expert and in accordance with the strategic guidelines of the National Coordinator of the National Agricultural Development Program. The selected consultants will be responsible for elaborating the contingency plans, which will be submitted for review and validation by the relevant authorities.
Overview
The Ministry of Agriculture is recruiting individual consultants to develop contingency plans for agricultural risks in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The plans will be used to mitigate the impact of agricultural risks on farmers and the agricultural sector.
Scope of Work
Les Consultants recrutés seront chargés d’élaborer les plans de contingence. Les projets de plans ainsi préparés seront soumis à l’examen et à l’enrichissement de l’UNCP/PNDA, puis à la revue et à la validation du groupe de travail (task force) du Comité Technique National du PNDA.
Requirements & Qualifications
Les Consultants potentiels intéressés doivent fournir les informations indiquant qu’ils possèdent les qualifications requises et une expérience pertinente pour l’exécution des services (un CV détaillé indiquant l’exécution des prestations analogues, expériences dans des conditions semblables, disponibilité des connaissances nécessaires, une lettre de motivation- 2 pages maximum, expliquant les motivations profondes d’intérêts pour la mission, les qualifications et expériences spécifiques pertinentes similaires à prendre en compte pour l’examen des expressions d’intérêt en vue de la sélection, des copies des diplômes et autres attestations de formation)
