Procurement of BPNS Commodity- F-75, F-100
The Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, through the Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRiN) 2.0 Project, has issued a Request for Bids for the procurement of Basic Package of Nutrition Services commodities, specifically F-75 and F-100. The project is financed by the World Bank under Credit No. CR-IDA-77440, with payments to be processed through the Direct Payment disbursement method except where letters of credit apply. Bidding follows an Open National Procurement process under the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (February 2025) and is open to all eligible bidders. The bidding document, priced at a nonrefundable N75,000, must be purchased via bank transfer to the ANRiN Project Draw Down Account, and evidence of this payment must accompany any bid submission. A bid security of USD13,000 from a commercial bank is required, and bids lacking either the payment evidence or the security will be rejected. Bids are due by 5th October 2026, with public opening on the same day at 12:00pm at the Project Management Unit's Abuja address. Electronic submissions are not permitted. Successful bidders' beneficial ownership information will be disclosed as part of the Contract Award Notice, in line with World Bank procurement rules.

Scope of Work
2. The Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare - Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRiN) Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of commodities to provide a Basic Package of Nutrition Services F-75 And F-100. The description of goods is provided in Section II , Bid data sheet (BDS) ITB1.1.
Requirements & Qualifications
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare - Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRIN 2.0) Project: Dr. Dogara Okara - National Project Manager, and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of N75,000.00, paid by Direct Bank transfer/deposit to the Federal Ministry of Health Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria Project (ANRiN) Project Draw Down Account. All bidders are mandated to purchase the bidding document, and the evidence of payment for the bidding document must be attached to the bid submission. Bid(s) submitted without evidence of payment for bidding document and without bid security shall be rejected. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security from a Commercial Bank: USD13,000. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
