Procurement of BPNS Commodity- Albendazole
The Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, through the Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRiN) 2.0 Project, is inviting bids for the supply of Albendazole under its Basic Package of Nutrition Services. Scope of Work
2. The Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare - Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRiN) Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the procurement of commodities to provide a Basic Package of Nutrition Services:- Albendazole. The description of goods is provided in Section II , Bid data sheet (BDS) ITB1.1.
Requirements & Qualifications
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare - Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria (ANRIN 2.0) Project and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of N75,000.00, by Direct Bank transfer/deposit to the Federal Ministry of Health Accelerating Nutrition Results in Nigeria Project (ANRiN) Project Draw Down Account, using the bidder's Company Account details. All bidders are mandated to purchase the bidding document, and the evidence of payment for the bidding document must be attached to the bid submission; Bid(s) submitted without evidence of payment for the bidding document and without bid security shall be rejected. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security from a Commercial Bank: USD10,000. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder's beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
