Scope of Work
The Kwara State Ministry of Education and Human Capital Development, through the office of the Project Coordinator, Kwara State AGILE now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the following lots:
- The attention of the prospective bidders is hereby drawn to the pre-construction activities, including confirmation of foundation designs of various buildings to determine suitability for the soil type, preparation of service drawings for the site, etc, as required under paragraph 5 of section III of bidding document.
- Bidders may bid for one or several lots, as further defined in the bidding document. Bids should be presented separately for each lot. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.
- Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in investment Projects Financing” September, 2025 (“Procurement Regulation”) Available on www.worldbank.org/en/programs/project-procurement/framework and it open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations
