Overview

The Ministry of Communication, Information Technology and Media in Burundi is recruiting a firm to develop a strategy for capacity building and training programs in public procurement. The firm will work on the Burundi Digital Economy Foundations Project, which aims to introduce an electronic government procurement system.

Scope of Work

- L’objectif principal de cette mission est d’élaborer une stratégie nationale de renforcement des capacités et de développer des programmes de formation adaptés, avec leurs contenus andragogique et pédagogiques, afin d’assurer une adoption réussie et durable du système de passation des marchés publics électroniques (e-GP) au Burundi.

Requirements & Qualifications

Le cabinet ou la firme doit pouvoir démontrer : Posséder un minimum de 10 ans d'existence légale et d'expérience générale dans le conseil ou l'enseignement supérieur ; Avoir réalisé avec succès au moins trois (03) missions similaires de formulation de stratégies de renforcement des capacités ou de développement de curricula nationaux au cours des sept (7) dernières années (les références financées par les banques multilatérales de développement sont un atout).
