Acquisition des matériels disasters kits pour le BNGRC réparties en deux lots : LOT N°01- Équipements logistiques LOT N°02- Matériels de secours et sécurité

The Government of Madagascar, through the Cellule de Prévention et d'Appui à la Gestion des Urgences (CPGU) under the Primature, is inviting bids for the acquisition of disaster kit materials for the BNGRC, financed by a World Bank loan under the Projet Régional pour la Résilience Climatique (PRRC), World Bank reference P-180171, IDA credit N°7326-MG. The procurement is split into two lots: Lot 1 covers logistics equipment and Lot 2 covers rescue and safety materials. The process follows national competitive bidding rules under the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Borrowers. Interested and eligible bidders can request the bidding documents, in French, free of charge, by written request to the PRRC office in Antananarivo. Bids must be submitted physically at the stated address, as electronic submission is not permitted, and any late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly. Each bid must include a bid security, with different amounts specified for each lot.
