The Chad Digital Transformation Project is procuring solar-powered Starlink kits for 27 user reception centers. Scope of Work
- Le Projet d’Appui à la Transformation Numérique du Tchad sollicite des offres fermées de la part de soumissionnaires éligibles et répondant aux qualifications requises pour Acquisition et mise en place des kits starlinks alimentés à l’énergie solaires pour les 27 Centres d’Accueil des Usagers (CAU) de l’ANATS[3]. Le délai d’exécution est de six (6) mois, à compter de la date de notification du contrat.
