Acquisition des kits scolaires aux enfants vulnérables du Préscolaire, du fondamental et du post fondamental des provinces Buhumuza et Butanyerera (2 lots)

The Ministry of National Education and Scientific Research of Burundi has issued a national open bidding invitation for the supply of school kits for vulnerable children in preschool, fundamental and post-fundamental education in Buhumuza and Butanyerera provinces. The procurement falls under the Human Capital Development Project (PDCH), financed by a World Bank grant, and is divided into two lots: preschool kits and kits for fundamental and post-fundamental levels. Bidders may apply for one or both lots and can be awarded both if they meet the cumulative conditions, but each bid must cover all items required for the lot concerned, with no variants accepted. The process follows the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for Borrowers under Investment Project Financing, September 2023 edition. The bidding document is available in French upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 150,000 BIF, split between two designated accounts at the Bank of the Republic of Burundi. Bids must be submitted in paper form, as electronic submission is not permitted, and must be accompanied by a bid security declaration valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period. The World Bank's rules on beneficial ownership disclosure for the winning bidder also apply.
