Scope of Work

Requirements & Qualifications
sealed Proposals from eligible Proposers to provide their technical and financial offer for Development and Deployment of a Modern Electronic Credit Information Sharing (Reference) System for Bank of Sierra Leone-BSL. The request for proposals document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible Proposers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of SLE2,390 (Two Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety Leones) or $100.00 (One Hundred United States Dollars). Proposals must be delivered to the address below on or before 1200 Hrs GMT on 3rd November 2026. Electronic procurement will not be permitted. All Proposals must be accompanied by a Proposal Security of USD30,000 (Thirty Thousand United States Dollars) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency from a reputable Commercial Banking Institution.
