Vlisco Nigeria

Vlisco Nigeria is the Nigerian distribution operation of Vlisco Group, a Dutch-Ghanaian African print fabric company founded in 1846 in Helmond, Netherlands. Vlisco is widely regarded as the premium brand of African wax-print fabrics, and Nigeria is one of its largest markets, where Vlisco fabrics have been worn for generations for formal occasions, weddings, and ceremonies. The Vlisco Group also owns Uniwax (Cote d'Ivoire), GTP (Ghana), and Woodin brands. Vlisco is distinct from the authentic African wax-print industry established by local manufacturers but has played a significant role in defining African fashion aesthetics.
