United Capital PLC is a Nigerian integrated financial services group listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX: UCAP), offering investment banking, trusteeship, asset management, securities trading, and consumer finance services through its operating subsidiaries. The company was originally the investment banking arm of UBA Group and was demerged and listed as an independent entity in 2013. United Capital has grown into one of the top-five Nigerian investment banks by market capitalisation and assets under management.
