Mixta Africa is a pan-African real estate development company founded in 2005 and headquartered in Lagos, with operations across Nigeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Senegal, Cote d'Ivoire, Mauritania, and Mozambique. The company is one of the largest affordable housing developers in Africa and has delivered tens of thousands of housing units across its markets. Mixta Africa is a portfolio company of Africa-focused private equity investors. Its Nigerian projects include Beechwood Estate, Lakowe Lakes Golf & Country Estate (a luxury residential and golf course community on the Lekki-Epe Expressway), and Lekki Pearl.
