Lagos State Development and Property Corporation

Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC) is the real estate and housing development parastatal of the Lagos State Government, established in 1972 through the merger of the Lagos Executive Development Board, Ikeja Area Planning Authority, and the Epe Town Planning Authority. LSDPC has been responsible for developing many of Lagos's landmark public housing estates and government property, including Dolphin Estate, Ogba Estate, Eric Moore Towers, and numerous low-cost housing schemes across the Lagos metropolitan area. The corporation plays a central role in Lagos's urban planning and affordable housing delivery.
