Eko Electricity Distribution Company PLC (Eko DisCo) is the Nigerian electricity distribution company serving the high-density residential and commercial areas of Lagos Island, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, Ajah, Surulere, Apapa, Ajegunle, Badagry, and surrounding communities. Privatised in November 2013 as part of the Nigerian power sector reforms, Eko DisCo was acquired by the West Power and Gas consortium. The company serves approximately 500,000 customers and is among the better-performing Nigerian electricity distribution companies by collection efficiency.
