AXA Mansard Insurance

AXA Mansard Insurance PLC is a Nigerian composite insurance and financial services company, listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX: MANSARD), and part of the AXA Group (French global insurance giant) following AXA's acquisition of a majority stake in Mansard Insurance in 2014. The company was originally established in 1989 as Heritage Assurance, rebranded as Guaranty Trust Assurance (GTA) after acquisition by GTBank, then demerged and renamed Mansard Insurance in 2011 before the AXA acquisition. AXA Mansard offers life, non-life, and health insurance products, pensions, and investment management services to retail, corporate, and institutional clients across Nigeria.
